The DBTBrisbane Difference

DBT has demonstrated significant symptom improvement for clients with a variety of mental health issues in multiple research trials.

Our program has been specially designed to help you learn how to understand your emotions and cope better with distressing feelings and events. Through DBTBrisbane, you will also learn to improve your relationships and balance your own needs & wants with those of others.

These skills are taught across three modules lasting 8 weeks each:

  • Distress Tolerance Skills

  • Emotional Regulation Skills

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills

Mindfulness Skills are also taught in each unit.

Individual sessions each week support you in using these skills in your own life.
